Thank you everyone! My goat and I did great!!! Weighed in at a whopping 73 pounds lol. We won Reserve FFA Meat Goat, pretty good for a sheep showman that has never shown a goat before lol we also got 5th overall in showmanship which was awesome but im definitely going back to sheep. Turns out it was the feed, it wasnt just me having problems with it there was multiple people.

That sounds like an impossible amount of feed for a goat to consume. I won't claim any experience with feeding goats, but Dustin has one this year, it weighs 40# and eats 1# of feed a day and has been gaining 2-3# a week
  Ours won't eat an ounce over 3.5% of body weight, is a very fussy eater and is still gaining, not like a lamb, but gaining

UPDATE: Thank you to everyone that helped my goat and I, we did very good! We won Reserve FFA Meat Goat, and 3rd overall Showman. I enjoyed showing my goat but i am definitely going back to sheep!
