Has anyone used a supplement of amino acid?  Thoughts?

Let the commercial companys do the testing for you, trial and error not the way to go.  Can burn one up quick experimenting.

I was just told about it from a guy and he acted like I should know.  He asked me if I was using them.  I was just trying to get info on them and what they do?  Thanks
