Lee,
The Enviro-Sep label is owned by Sherwin Williams, the paint company. Enviro-Sep and Quality Care share the same EPA number. The EPA won't allow any variations in a products active ingredients to share the same number. But yes, the active ingredients are identical.
If you follow the link for pesticideinfo.org you can see all of the different names Enviro-Sep is labeled under. Last time I counted I think I counted about 75 different names. If you can't find Quality Care in your area, you might be able to find another store brand where you live.
I had a ewe that picked up ringworm at an LAI clinic. The clinic location had had a huge problem with ringworm the month before the clinic. She had it over her backbone where she came in contact with the cradle. I sprayed all four ewes with the QC brand upon arriving back home. The one ewe that picked up ring worm was sprayed down by my 12 year old daughter who insisted that she could spray the ewe herself. I was concerned about how thorough she sprayed the ewe but I didn't want to micromanage.
When she lost the wool, I sprayed the patch (2 x 12) on two consecutive days and the wool promptly started to grow back in black.
