Is there a difference b/w these two wormers?!?  According to the chart on PBS Animal Health, they appear to be the same and deliver the same mg(s) of ivermectin per kg of body weight; however, there is a HUGE price difference?!?

Was considering the Privermectin Drench and Valbazen for our lamb project...

They are identical other than the name. Ivomec is essential the brand name, Privemetcin is the generic.

I have a 1 Liter container of Privermectin Pour-On for Cattle.  Can it be used on sheep?

From everything I've read, labeling aside, the pour-on should not be used on sheep.
